Metaswitch Support
We offer several options where we can help support your Metaswitch. In all cases we provide our clients a high-touch, responsive support service so they can get the benefits of having a true Metaswitch & VoIP expert on their team when they need it most.
For these services we will work alongside your own CO techs to ensure that any questions are answered quickly and any problems are fully resolved. We have decades of experience working with Metaswitch products, and this is the core of our business.
If you need to add a new rate center, or overhaul your entire translations logic, you’ll find that we are some of those weird people who actively enjoy playing with switch translations, and so we’d be happy to implement the changes. We also offer a LERG Update service so you can keep up to date with new number blocks as they are added.
We can also provide training and mentorship to junior technicians if desired.

Voice Network Migrations
If you’re planning a significant change to your network – perhaps adding a new voice platform for business services, or migrating to an entirely new switch – we can help with the technical design and implementation of your migration project.
- Retiring legacy switches: We’ve been involved in dozens (if not hundreds) of migrations from switches like DMS-100s, DMS-10s, EWSDs and CS2Ks over to the Metaswitch platform. We have a well-practiced process for migrating the SS7 links, ISUP trunks, TCAP services, and eventually subscribers over to your new platform.
- Hosted Voice Platforms: We’re seeing some telcos begin to migrate their voice traffic to a cloud-hosted platform. We have relationships with TelcoBridges, GigTel, Alianza, Toly Digital and Reinvent, and would be happy to assist in migrating service to any of those platforms.
